I watched Bound for Glory and Alice's Restaurant like a million times after I got this project. They're great movies. I found myself wanting to become a hippie. I found myself wanting to hit the open road, tramp it around for a while.
It was a pretty straightforward project after the look of the thing was figured out. Just plenty of scanning, photoshop-ing, building comps.
